About FBIC

The Fellowship for Building Intercultural Communities (FBIC) seeks to educate and empower underclassmen through intercultural dialogue at the University of Pennsylvania.

Through various workshops and sessions, this semester-long program engages a cohort in topics such as stereotypes, privilege, and race relations. By engaging critically with their peers, fellows will learn how to effectively work with diverse groups of people, apply learned skills of intercultural dialogue in a civic capacity, and be allies for each other beyond their FBIC semester.
